Noooo! Pangya art director SeeD dies of illness

SeeD, the art director for the Pangya series of golf games, has passed away from an unnamed illness.

The news first dropped on the Twitter feed of SeeD’s friend, musical composer esti, who says that he’ll write a memorial song for late friend. The Korean artist helped kick off the Pangya series with his designs, starting with the online games and most recently working on the PSP release, Fantasy Golf Pangya.

SeeD’s designs were definitely the charm of the Pangya games, and one of the main appeals as far as I’m concerned. May he rest in peace.
