Hello Games’ stellar post-launch support of No Man’s Sky will continue for the foreseeable future.

The team shared encouraging words this week in a blog post, noting that they’re “working up some more ambitious additions to the [No Man’s Sky] universe” and that there’s “so much more planned for 2020 for us to feel excited about.” When they’re into it, we’re into it – that passion radiates.

Founder Sean Murray also shared an image tallying up the game updates so far.

Seeing everything laid out like this brings home how far the game has come. When you take a break from playing and don’t keep tabs every week, it can be easy to forget. The journey isn’t even over.

Hello Games could conceivably work on updating No Man’s Sky for years if there’s a next-gen console upgrade, and with potential for a series, the studio could live in this universe for a decade to come.
