‘No current plans’ for international You Don’t Know Jack

That headline kind of gives the whole story away — but yes, Jellyvision has gone on the record about any potential plans for spreading You Don’t Know Jack outside of North America. When asked if Australia will get any love, the following response was posted on the company’s Facebook page.

“Our little game is shockingly expensive to customize for other countries. So there are no current plans for international releases. It makes us sad too. But who knows, if the new game achieves some of the super-mega-success of the glory days, it might start to make more sense.”

Understandable, if disheartening. Word seems to be getting around online, but it’s hard — and probably not advisable — to gauge actual sales merely off of that.

[Thanks, Mr Paroxysm]
