Nippon Ichi brings a new musical RPG to PSP

Princess Antiphona’s Hymn: Angel’s Score Op. A looks to follow in the foo-foo footsteps of the PlayStation (and later DS) title Rhapsody as the next musical role-playing title. Siliconera says that Tempei Sato, the composer for the Marl Kingdom games, is working on the musical score to this upcoming Japanese PSP release, slated to launch in October.

Princess Antiphona’s Hymn is said to have full voice acting and musical events. There’s also puppets and singing and musical power. And judging from the magazine layout above, there’s also rabbit hats. This game sounds…manly.

Let’s hope that NIS America is crazy enough to bring this to the United States. I think they are.
