Nioh 3 could be your next big adventure in 2026 as the upcoming title goes live very soon on PC and console.
The third instalment in the saga, developed by Koei Tecmo, is available for pre-order as of writing. This guide will help you keep track of the upcoming launch so that you can jump right in when it goes live.
Nioh 3 countdown
Nioh 3 goes live worldwide on Feb. 5 (Feb. 6 in some regions). If you’re on console, the release date is on Feb. 6 since it will follow the regional launch schedule. The following countdown will expire once the game goes live.
The countdown is based on the following timings.
- 5pm PT (Feb. 5)
- 7pm CT (Feb. 5)
- 8pm ET (Feb. 5)
- 1am UTC (Feb. 6)
- 2am UTC (Feb. 6)
This countdown is only applicable if you’re planning to play Nioh 3 on PC. If you’re on console, you’ll need to wait for midnight in your region. This also means that the New Zealand method could get you a few extra hours of gameplay.
You can currently pre-order and pick between the Standard and the Digital Deluxe Edition. There’s no advanced or early access, but the Digital Deluxe Edition offers the season pass that will include all post-launch DLC content. You also get a few extra purely cosmetic goodies. The main pull of the Digital Deluxe Edition is definitely the post-launch content (via the Season Pass).
If you’re interested in checking out the game, a free demo is currently available. All your progress from the demo will carry over to the full launch, which is great. If you’ve already purchased Nioh 3, the demo will serve as your indirect advanced access.
