Nintendo to bring 3DS XL, new games to Comic-Con

Are you going to San Diego Comic-Con this week?, July 12 through 15? We are, and we were glad to hear that Nintendo will be bringing the big ol’ 3DS XL along to show off to the general public for the first time. The system launches next month, August 19, so this is a good chance to get a look at its huge (90 percent larger) screens a bit early.

Nintendo will show off this 3DS XL at their booth on the SDCC show floor along with many of their newest games. They’ll also have a Nintendo Gaming Lounge in the San Diego Ballroom at the Mariott Marquis & Marina, right next door to the convention center. New Super Mario Bros 2, Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon, and Castlevania: Mirror of Fate will be among the playable games there.

See you there!
