Ridge Racer Unbounded is the latest in Namco’s popular racing series, and this new one isn’t like any Ridge Racer you’ve ever played by the looks of this teaser trailer. Reiko, the Ridge Racer mascot you know and love, goes a little crazy and smashes through some cars demolition derby style.
Is the Ridge Racer series trying out the Burnout formula of racing in the new game? Seems like it. For now we’ll just have to wait for more info from Namco Bandai on what they’re trying to do with the series.
Ridge Racer Unbounded will be out sometime in 2012 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
