The One-Ups, legendary re-arrangers of videogame music co-founded by Destructoid’s own Dale North, have just made widely available their latest album, which released at MAGFest this past weekend. Intergalactic Redux contains six tracks of toe-tapping, funky interpretations of classic game tunes including Contra, Super Metroid and Toe-Jam & Earl. The album is available through BandCamp in digital format for as little as $5.94 and physical discs are just $7.

I love the music that this outfit puts together and, having listened to this album a few times this evening, think it’s some of their best work. Very chill and easy to relax to. Go give it a listen and tell me your opinion in the comments.
