Netflix streaming experiencing issues with picture quality

Using the Xbox 360 to stream Netflix movies has been — for many of us — an enjoyable experience. Not everyone is having luck with the service though, as some people are reporting that the picture quality has dropped considerably within the last couple of weeks.

It’s worth noting that these issues aren’t specific to the Xbox 360; Roku users have submitted similar complaints. Netflix spokesperson Steve Swasey says it’s “a small number of people involved,” but the company doesn’t want to “diminish the fact that it’s important.”

There’s no word on any fixes yet, but Swasey did comment that Netflix is “working diligently to identify the problem.” Unless this is resolved in a timely fashion, I can easily see the majority of the affected Netflix members canceling their subscriptions. Don’t let us down, guys!
