Some people — maybe millions or perhaps just four — experienced problems with the Xbox 360 Netflix streaming service on Sunday. Netflix knows there was an issue and has notified subscribers via e-mail that a three percent credit is available.
“We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused,” the e-mail reads. “If you were unable to instantly watch a movie or TV episode last night via your Xbox, click on this account specific link in the next 7 days to apply your 3% credit on your next billing statement. Credit can only be applied once.”
Netflix did not apologize to those who experienced mental collapse from not being able to watch a few episodes of Lost on Sunday. We’re thinking about contacting the company for a response about the matter, but our fingers just got really tired. So, very, very … tired.
People who want to pretend like they had a problem can call 1-866-926-0898 to fake complain to Netflix and receive the credit. Good luck with that.
