Neon Alley: 24-hour Anime channel for PS3

Recommended Videos

Viz Media have just announced Neon Valley, a 24-hour anime channel for the PlayStation 3, served up on the PlayStation Network exclusively. You’ll be able to download the Neon Alley application on PSN later today and enjoy a one-week free trial, with a subscription price of $6.99 a month kicking in after that.

Viz says that beyond their own library, the programming for this channel will come from other anime distributors. The content will be uncut, in HD when available, and will dubbed in English. Bummer for sub fans.

Those interested in the free one-week trial will want to sign up at NeonAlley.com.

Would you prefer a channel over the selectable streams of Crunchyroll or Hulu?
