NeiR Replicant trailer is really rather promising

As we hurtle headlong toward the Tokyo Game Show, Square Enix has unleashed a trailer for the PS3 version of NeiR, known as NieR Replicant. It’s got plenty of violence, epic music, and sexy intersexuals, which is really all you could ask for.

I must say I am digging the design of this game, especially when it comes to the monsters. The creatures shown in the video are incredibly freaky and unnervingly odd. The more I see and hear of this game, the more hopeful I become. I’ve always got time for a senseless action game, and this one looks like it may very well be a good one.
