New patch also aims to provide more balanced multiplayer experience
The Last of Us is now supplied with its first ration of downloadable content, Naughty Dog has announced. The Abandoned Territories Map Pack includes four fresh maps and a handful of new unlockable items for those that enjoy post-apocalyptic dress up.
The set is now available singly via PlayStation Network for $9.99. Alternatively, the map pack can be acquired for an extra tenner as a part of the survival horror adventure’s penny-wise season pass, which includes more supplementary content, including a forthcoming single-player add-on.
Naughty Dog has also made some subtle adjustments to the experience with a new title update. The changes mostly center around re-balancing the multiplayer component by providing late joiners with additional parts, dialing back the rubber banding, and making sure Interrogation matches are less likely to end in stalemates.
