Mediatonic’s nonogram adventure Murder by Numbers is to receive a physical release. A region-free hard copy of the Nintendo Switch puzzler can now be pre-ordered exclusively from Play-Asia.com, while stocks last.
Murder by Numbers is available in both a standard and Limited Edition format. The standard edition includes a region-free boxed copy of the game for Switch, while the LE includes a copy of the game, a 60-page art book, a double-CD soundtrack, sticker sheet, and numbered art card. This latter edition retails for around $35 and is limited to 2000 copies, so think fast if you want to pre-order. Both editions are expected to ship in September.
If this is your first time hearing of this release, Murder by Numbers is a mystery title set in a television studio in the mid-1990s. Players take up the role of popular actor Honor Mizrahi whose life is turned upside down when several real murders occur on the set of her hit show Murder Miss Terri. With an accusatory finger pointed in her direction, it is up to Honor and her ROBOT SIDEKICK to solve the case, with the player exploring the set, gathering evidence, interviewing suspects, and solving a large array of nonogram puzzles.
