Mother 3 hasn’t come west for 10 years now

On this day in 2006, Mother 3 was released for the Game Boy Advance in Japan.

Or in other words, the third entry in Shigesato Itoi’s beloved role-playing game series has existed for ten whole years now and Nintendo still hasn’t localized the damn thing for international audiences.

No, I’m not bitter about this. Not at all. Not in the slightest… Sigh.
