Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection launch trailer is gory

Recommended Videos

Technically, this launch trailer for Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection is gruesome. Maybe this is just me personally, but once you’ve sliced enough bad guys with chainsaws or any number of assorted weapons, the gore of the original three Mortal Kombat games seems incredibly tame.

This digital collection — out now on the North American PlayStation Network and tomorrow on Xbox Live Arcade and PSN globally — includes Mortal Kombat, Mortal Kombat 2, and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 for $10. I can’t tell you how many copies I own of these titles. What’s one more? PC gamers will get their day to shine next month.
