Courtesy of Amazon (via Dan Amrich’s Twitter), we have the next batch of songs from Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock‘s setlist. While a handful of these are quality songs — and will be fun to play in the rhythm game context — I don’t think they’re quite as good overall as the first group of confirmed tracks.
- Alice Cooper – “No More Mr. Nice Guy”
- Alter Bridge – “Ties That Bind”
- Atreyu – “Ravenous”
- Bad Brains – “Re-Ignition”
- Blue Oyster Cult – “Burnin’ For You”
- Bush – “Machinehead”
- Deep Purple – “Burn”
- The Edgar Winter Group – “Free Ride”
- Five Finger Death Punch – “Hard To See”
- George Thorogood and the Destroyers – “Move It On Over”
- Lynyrd Skynyrd – “Call Me The Breeze”
- Pantera – “I’m Broken”
- Poison – “Unskinny Bop”
- Ramones – “Spiderman”
- Rise Against – “Savior”
- The Runaways – “Cherry Bomb”
- Steve Vai – “Speed”
- Strung Out – “Calling”
- Styx – “Renegade”
- Sum 41 – “Motivation”
- Them Crooked Vultures – “Scumbag Blues”
- The White Stripes – “Seven Nation Army”
I only have enough money and energy to purchase one major music game release. As it stands, Rock Band 3 has me pulled in pretty hard. Although, that has less to do with the actual songs than it does the direction Harmonix is taking. Where do you stand?
