Oh, is this still a thing? You’re damn right it’s still a thing! Just try to get me to shut up about Archie’s Sonic / Mega Man crossover! You can’t and won’t!

When Chris Carter wrote about those 16-bit covers of “When Worlds Collide” Part 6 and 7, what he actually shared were the variant covers. The regular covers that you’ll find on newsstands were only just unveiled yesterday.

Part 6 runs in Sonic the Hedgehog #249, and its cover features Mega and Sonic swapping transportation. Tails is looking a little uncomfortable there, probably because Mega weighs a whopping 230 lbs — what a fat-ass! Part 7 runs in Mega Man #26, and its cover pays homage to the promotional artwork from Mega Man 10. Also, we now have a name for the new mechanized villains our boys in blue will be up against: The Roboticized Masters. Oooooooh!
