More of The Secret World revealed in these screenshots

Hot on the heels of yesterday’s brand new trailer, Electronic Arts has put out a batch of new screenshots for Funcom’s upcoming MMO The Secret World. Along with the announcement of a release date in April 2012 and some upcoming betas, I’d say we’re now going to be hearing a lot more about this release.

The core concept — various factions defending the Earth from supernatural forces in actual cities across the globe — is still really interesting. Of course, the game is going to succeed or fail on its gameplay, so hopefully we can get some hands-on impressions of The Secret World soon.
