More Left 4 Dead 2 DLC after Portal 2, first details

Valve is simultaneously pulling from the familiar and switching it up with its next add-on pack for Left 4 Dead 2. The first details have come out by way of a blog post: four campaigns, three of which are the remaining original Left 4 Dead campaigns, and one from the community.

Matthew Lourdelet, who is known for the mod 2 Evil Eyes, is working on a campaign called Cold Stream. Valve has teamed up with him to not only finish the project for PC and Mac, but get it out on Xbox 360 as well. The studio is also suggesting that interested creative types get involved too.

This downloadable content will be out “sometime after Portal 2,” although Valve Time (It’ll be done when it’s ready) was cited as usual. Something to think about, I guess.
