Rocksteady previously confirmed that Batman: Arkham City would feature no multiplayer, citing concerns with taking resources away from making the single-player experience in favor of working on a multiplayer component. But what of replayability for your $60 purchase?

Marketing game manager Dax Ginn offers some reassuring words in a discussion with CVG. “In terms of replayability or filling out a single-player story with additional features, there are more announcements that we’re going to make, which I think will solve that problem,” he says.

“Well, I don’t feel it’s a problem but I think we’ve got a pretty decent chunky game.”

More of those terrific challenge rooms, perhaps? If Arkham City is anything like Arkham Asylum in terms of content length, even without multiplayer, I don’t see these concerns as anything to get worked up over.
