A package from Activision arrived today, and while it sounded like there was liquid inside, we weren’t prepared for this — Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 branded Monster Energy drinks!
The box for four-pack appears to confirm that it’s planned for a Spring 2010 release. As this is the first we’ve heard of this, we checked in with Activision who could only tell us that more details would be coming soon.
Also available as prizes will be copies of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Hardened Edition; Modern Warfare 2 themes for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3; and, in case you’re not amped up enough, more energy drinks.
Sam’s Club will exclusively be offering a six-pack of the drink, which will grant access to something called the “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Combat Training Experience.” According to Activision, this is “exclusive, online event at Infinity Ward that will be an in depth look at Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 this November.”
