Sega’s recently announced mobile game based on uber-violent manga/anime series Hokuto no Ken will also be receiving a western localisation, allowing fans to pop heads on iOS and Android devices whilst on the go.

Fist of the North Star: Legends ReVIVE will let players team up some of their favourite characters from the franchise, such as Kenshiro, Shin, Raoh and Rei, as they wander the post-nuclear wastelands getting into a lot of silly bother. When engaged in combat, players will enter rhythm games in order to perform flashy combos and bring their enemies to an explosive end.

Legends ReVIVE will feature an original storyline but also plans to incorporate many famous scenes and battles from the anime, recreated within the game’s 3D engine. Pre-registration for the Japanese version of the game is available over at the official website, but there is currently no date for its western release. Time to get those finger muscles in check.

Fist of the North Star: Legends ReVIVE is in development for iOS and Android devices.
