The Steam platform just got a bit fatter, with the official announcement that a full catalog of Rockstar Games’ titles will be available on the service starting today.
Included among the titles available are the entire catalog of Grant Theft Auto games (sans the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable Stories titles), Manhunt, as well as Max Payne and its sequel. The tank combat game, Wild Metal Country, rounds out the list. (Readers may know the game by Wild Metal, the title of the Dreamcast port.)
This week and this week only, Rockstar is offering all of its games on Steam at a 10% discount. How incredibly generous of them to offer such a discount on PC games which are (likely) home to cob webs and dust bunnies on retailer shelves across the country.
That’s not to say these aren’t fantastic games. In fact, it would be tought to argue that any of them are particularly bad, as they all well worth playing. Check the press release and full game list after the jump, and let us know what (if anything) you plan on picking up.
