Minecraft developer Mojang to publish rad-looking Cobalt

Recommended Videos

The studio behind Minecraft and Scrolls is set to publish Cobalt, a game about cyborgs blowing each other to bits by independent developer Oxeye Game Studio.

“Mojang will help us with marketing, publicity and distribution, while we continue to develop and add stuff to Cobalt,” reads a post on the developer’s blog. “This is more of a team effort than the usual developer/publisher combo, and the first experimental attempt for Mojang to help another indie game developer to launch their game.”

I remember seeing Cobalt on Reddit or somewhere a long way back and immediately getting the dev’s site on my feeds. It looked promising back then and continues to today.
