Mikey Neumann provided mo-cap for Lilith in Borderlands

While I continue on my never-ending quest to retain as much useless videogame trivia as possible, I find myself once again aided by GameInformer’s Tidbits series of articles. This time, Gearbox steps up to the plate to talk weird Borderlands-related facts.

More than anything else, I was looking for an excuse to highlight this specific bullet point: “Mikey Neumann (creative director) did the motion capture acting for the intro featuring Lilith strutting and blowing a kiss.” Jonathan Ross and I have decided we need footage of this. Make our dream come true, Mikey!

Another good one was how ClapTrap, the little robot who has become the face of Borderlands, was the last character added to the game. Also, Bradygames says Borderlands was the longest strategy guide the company has ever written for a single title.

Huh, there really are 87 bajillion guns.
