Microsoft HoloLens looks like the future

Make your games follow you!?

Holy shit! Call me a nerd, but this makes me excited for the future. Picture this: yours truly walking around the house naked while my videogame follows me — a virtual pet here, a leaderboard of my friends scores there, a life-size Xbox Avatar tucked inside my coat closet.

While the above presentation didn’t touch on its uses with gaming, it is hard to imagine that games won’t be on Microsoft’s HoloLens. Hell, videogames are even on calculators these days. I welcome our VR future with open arms.

Also, is it just me or does this look like a futuristic sci-fi version of Microsoft Bob from the image above? HoloLens even has a virtual dog. Leave it to Microsoft to never let a good idea die.
