It’s already been confirmed twice over that Metroid Prime Trilogy comes in a sexy box and is a hell of a deal — $49.99 for three Metroid Prime games on one disc for the Wii. That’s real talk.
The “Collector’s Edition” (which appears to be every edition, since there isn’t a “Not Collector’s Edition” as far as we know) even comes with an art book, of which we now have some details. The booklet features five double-sided panels, printed with metallic ink on glossy paper. It’ll feature sketches and concept art from the development of the games, along with the history of Samus and the Metroid series. Total length when unfolded? 36 inches, so make some room on your coffee table.
Hey Nintendo, this is how you market to your hardcore audience — we’re eating this stuff up. Bravo.
