This brilliant piece comes from long-time friend Jake Kaufman, composer on tons of videogames including Shantae, Ducktales: Remastered, Boot Hill Heroes, Contra 4, and many more. His music is incredible. He’s a dear friend, but I also hate him sometimes. He’s too good.
Jake and I (and many other game composers) came out of the videogame remix scene (OverClocked ReMix, VGMix). While he gets much more work than I do, he still makes time to share new arrangements like this one. Mega Mensch. Love it.
