For Mega Man fans, the name Manami Matsumae is instantly recognizable. Although she’s only worked on a few games (Mega Man 1, Mega Man 2‘s sound effects, and Mega Man 10), her mark on the series is memorable, and her services have been rendered for the upcoming spiritual successor Mighty No. 9.
To help learn more about her, the staff over at Comcept have arranged an interview featuring various questions from backers. Right off the bat it’s easy to see that she’s a Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest fan, but she notes that she doesn’t go out of her way to buy videogame OSTs, so their work doesn’t rub off on her.
