Mega Man 9 achievements and boss sprites revealed in glorious black and white

A post on MyGamerCard.Net just revealed some of the truly hardcore achievements for the 360 version of Mega Man 9 (first reported on by Destructoid’s own Spacecat). Amazingly enough, the post also reveals the sprites for many of the game’s bosses for the first time, though it’s text makes no mention of this.

This is big news, people! Doesn’t MGC realize how long Mega Man fanboys like myself have been dying to see if Splash Woman is in fact based off Daryl Hannah’s character in the film Splash? Almost months! Finally we have our answer in the form of this sprite. From the looks of it, I’d say “not likely!”

The bosses are (going clockwise starting from the top left) Jewel Man, Magma Man, Splash Woman, Hornet Man, Tornado Man, Concrete Man, Galaxy Man, and Plug Man.

So, has this news has caused you to Mega Man-gasm like I have, or are you not too thrilled with these latest members of the “Mega Man boss club”?
