Looks like the ESRB listing was correct. Max Payne 1 and Max Payne 2 are now available for download on Xbox LIVE Marketplace. They’re both Xbox Originals and carry a hefty price tag –1200 Microsoft Moon Bucks, to be exact.
If you find yourself itching to re-enter the drab world of Max Payne, then you’re probably excited about Max Payne 3. Unfortunately, it won’t be coming until Winter 2009, which is an epoch according to Internet time. So, you may be better off sating your eagerness with these two classic Payne titles.
I haven’t had a chance to download these yet, so I don’t know if they’re busted or buggy like a few of the Xbox Originals available. Are any of you going to bite?
