James Vega. A name that will forever live in the top five “worthless meatheads of all time” list. On my first playthrough of Mass Effect 3, I used James for the requisite two hours, abandoned him for Garrus, and never heard more than one line out of him the rest of the game.
People who attended SXSW (like our own Flixist!), got a load of the new anime adaptation of Mass Effect. The anime, due later this year, will feature James Vega’s backstory (that will most likely involve lifting lots of weights, and possibly losing a close friend/family member). Funimation is handling the publishing, and oddly enough, a lot of the creation process, which isn’t the norm for them.
