Mario Kart 8’s new 200cc class compared to 150cc

I’m going to stay away from the leaderboards

After Nintendo updates Mario Kart 8 on April 23, there will be a brand new racing class available for free: 200cc. To give us a better sense of how quick it is, here’s a side-by-side comparison of 200cc and the game’s current fastest class, 150cc, on the Dolphin Shoals track. Mind your breaks!

While this isn’t as ridiculous as something like F-Zero GX (what is?), it’s going to be weird adjusting to the new sense of speed and even weirder to go back to slower classes afterwards.

Once 200cc breaks my spirits, I’ll turn to the new Animal Crossing DLC for comfort.
