Manos, Angry Video Game Nerds, and soft hands with Sam from Freakzone games

Sup Holmes every Sunday! Ask some questions!

Recommended Videos

[Sup Holmes is a weekly talk show for people that make great video games. It airs live every Sunday afternoon on YouTube, and can be found in podcast form on Libsyn and iTunes.]

Today on Sup Holmes we’re happy to welcome Sam Beddoes of Freakzone Games to the program. Though I’m not a huge fan of the label “Geek culture”, as it can be used in some needlessly divisive and elitist ways, there is no denying that it’s a real thing. Both Mystery Science Theater 3000 and The Angry Video Game Nerd are considered cornerstones of that culture for many in their 20’s and 30’s, and Sam is the only game developer in the world to have worked with both of those properties in some capacity. We’ll be talking to him about that, his original I.P., and a lot more at 2:30pm EST, so please jump in the Youtube chat and ask us some questions.
