Man crush alert! More epic high-def videogame remake art!

Recommended Videos

This is the third post I have done about deviantART artist Orioto. I’m not going to lie: I am obsessed. It seems like every few months the ridiculously talented guy completes a new batch of awesome high-def videogame remake images that completely blows me away. As always, this set is no exception. And as always, my man crush on him just got a little closer to boiling-a-bunny-in-a-pot level. Lock your doors, Orioto!

To be fair, all of these images are not so much high-def as they are just gorgeous recreations of what classic games could look like with new styles on a modern console. But that long description couldn’t fit in the headline.

But let’s stop wasting time with semantics! Click the below gallery and be dazzled by Orioto’s latest creations. In addition to the drool-inducing Zelda one above, this group contains a Castle of Illusion piece that will bring tears to your eye, a beautiful Star Fox image, a surprising (and shockingly rad) Alerted Beast recreation, and many more.

Which of these are you going to right click and set as desktop background first? (My pick: the Shinobi III one!)
