Police in Japan’s Akita Prefecture have arrested an unnamed man who reportedly made numerous threats against Nintendo, his latest being death threats against two Nintendo executives.

The two executives who were targeted will remain unnamed, but previous threats include detailed bomb threats, such as this little note that reads: “I’d planted bombs at Nintendo headquarters, tomorrow afternoon they’re going to blow up, Nintendo go bankrupt.”

The messages were apparently sent back in May through Nintendo’s online inquiry page, and were traced back to the man’s home IP address. Shortly upon being taken into police custody, the would-be killer readily admitted to his actions. Nintendo received similar threats back in September, and police are further investigating if there is a connection.
