PC gaming sure is great.
Modder Reddit_is_wrong managed to craft his own visual overhaul mod for Fallout 4, and it brings the style more inline with Borderlands‘ cel-shading. Sure it isn’t an exact 1:1 replica, but it looks close enough — especially for a free mod that Bethesda would likely charge an arm and a leg for as DLC.
Along with his “Cartoon” alteration is three different mods, including Darker Nights, Fr4nssons Light Tweak, and Fallout 4 Enhanced Color Correction. You can read the full instructions here.
