Love is in the air for Seattle’s Fangamer <3 Attract Mode

It’s the best a man can get

Some events are better than others. It’s an objective, measurable fact. What unit of measure can you apply to an event to quantify its level of quality? Simple — add the amount of Jake “Virt” Kaufman to the total of Corey “Reyyy” Lewis, multiply by videogames, and divide by jerks. Seeing as this years Fangamer <3 Attract Mode event has sum of zero jerks, and a mean of almost a gazillion of those other things, you can be that it will be one heck of a time.

For those unfamiliar with this yearly collaboration, Fangamer <3 Attract Mode is an art, music and videogames celebration run by (you guessed it) Fangamer and Attract Mode. All the original art on site will be available for sale, with new works by Ashley Davis, Mariel Cartwright, Zac Gorman, Kelly Smith, the aforementioned Reyyy (who did the Samus <3 Lara piece above, based on Scott’s lame poster), and many more. Musical acts set to perform include the Super Soul Bros, Mega Ran, and that lovable Kaufman. As for games, we’ve got Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime and the Fangamer <3 Attract Mode exclusive showings of Particle Mace and Vanguard V. If you like alcohol, then you’re in luck. The Drunken Moogle is on bar. Even if you don’t drink, I bet he’ll be happy to mix up something virgin for you.

You have until next Saturday (August 30th) to prepare. For more on the event, check out the official site and/or RSVP on Facebook.
