In this game you take on the roll of legendary monster hunter Van Helsing, while shooting, stabbing and looting your way to victory against the forces of evil, in an isometric, dungeon crawling, hack-and-slash. While similar to the likes of Diablo and Torchlight, trust me when I say the game definitely has enough style to stand on its own.
If the latest wave of dungeon crawlers haven’t really done it for you, and you have an affinity for the lore of Bram Stoker, do yourself a favor, and check out tonight’s show, you may leave as pleasantly surprised as I was. What I have is an early preview build, so sadly, co-op has not been added yet, but you still should be able to get a good feel for what the game will offer up upon release regardless.
