Live-action Max Payne short goes slow-mo underwater

Recommended Videos

The latest live-action short from the brilliant minds over at CorridorDigital takes us to the Max Payne universe to give us a glimpse at Max’s poor, pathetic life.

Not my favorite CorridorDigital short, but I love how the guys went about getting the slow motion effects for this. Basically, they couldn’t afford to rent a slow motion camera rig, so they shot all of the bullet time scenes underwater to get the effect instead. Nice.

Bonus: Dtoid reader Alex Barbatsis portrays the role of the boss in this short. What a jerk.
