Next month we’ll finally get a demo of LittleBigPlanet 2‘s story mode. Landing right before Christmas, December 22nd, this demo will give us a taste of both the story mode and some of the new gameplay elements that this sequel offers. MediaMolecule says that you’ll get to try out the Grapple Hook and see how everything works. Should be fun.
They’re also expanding the beta just a little bit further. Starting in early December, “a batch” of PlayStation Plus subscribers will get an invite to the LBP2 beta. A “batch” doesn’t sound like a lot. They don’t say exactly when or how many, but I wouldn’t feel too bummed if this is a really limited number as everyone will get a chance to see the game on the 22nd.
