Link’s Crossbow Training screens: when did Link get a crossbow?

Recommended Videos

Thanks to NeoGAF user edwardslane and The Magic Box, we bring you a gallery of screens from the upcoming Hylian Duck Hunt successor Link’s Crossbow Training.

The game does look quite nice based on what’s shown here, but as a pack-in for a $20 piece of plastic — one that lacks its predecessors cruel laughing dog — we aren’t expecting a lot out of it. If it gives you six hours of enjoyment over its entire life span, we’ll be impressed.

Though, I still want to know when Link EVER used a crossbow? Couldn’t they have called it Link’s Hookshot Training or Link’s Medallion That Causes Earthquakes Training?
