No trading cards though…
With all of the fervor surrounding Steam’s Summer Getaway 2013 sale, it’s easy to forget that there are other players in the PC game download arena. GamersGate joins the fray with its own summer sale in an effort to remind people that Steam isn’t the only choice available.
Many of the titles featured in GamersGate’s sale are also available on Steam for the same price or lower, but there are still several titles on GamersGate that can’t be found on the Steam store. Of course, none of the purchases made outside of Steam will net any of those insidiously addictive trading cards, which only hurts the case for looking elsewhere for deals right now.
