My desire to play Transformers: War for Cybertron gets a big ol’ boost every time one of these videos gets pushed out the door; this latest behind-the-scenes video is probably the worst offender yet. I am more immensely curious about the quality of this title than any other unreleased game out there.
“Hasbro has been fantastic to work with. What they’ve allowed us to do is take a licensed property and treat it like a brand new IP,” says game director Matt Tieger from High Moon Studios. With statements like this being thrown around, it’s hard not to anticipate War for Cybertron.
Besides hoping that it turns out to be the Transformers game we have all been waiting for much like Arkam Asylum was the Batman game we had been waiting our entire lives for, I don’t know what to do. So, I guess I’ll continue rewatching the new Keyboard Cat video. He’s hitting the drum with his paw!
