Surgeon Simulator 2013 is a game all about life-or-death medical procedures — using physics that fight you at every step.
Created for the Global Game Jam, this hastily constructed sim is bare-bones yet still utterly painful to watch. Wince in vicarious agony as a doctor reduces rib cages to jigsaw pieces while wailing in terror at his own murderous rampage. It’s hilarious and agonizing.
