Leo Laporte: WoW addict?

Recommended Videos

Scott Johnson over at My Extra Life.com reported today that Leo Laporte of TechTV fame has joined his World of Warcraft guild. Now I know you’re thinking who the heck cares about Leo and his WoW guild but this could be a huge problem for the people at G4TechTV in Canada.

Think about it. Leo has started playing World of Warcraft which we all know is an addicting game. He could become ensnared in the evil clutches of the WoW and refuse to work on his show, instead spending hours in his basement leveling up. After sending in G4TechTV security to remove an unshowered and unshaven Leo from his basement, he would end up experiencing WoW withdrawal symptoms and have to start taking valium just to make it through the show.

Producers would have to keep an eye on his monitor just to keep him from loading the game up during taping. Massive chaos would ensue and Call for Help would be cancelled.

I say to the producers of Call for Help, be prepared to lose the man you know as Leo Laporte and be ready to work with Gaknar Hornswaugle of the Blackclaw orc clan, your new Call for Help host.
