Rez Infinite is on the way (just a few more weeks until the PlayStation VR launches), and it’s looking great so far. That’s partially due to the wizardry of Tetsuya Mizuguchi, the genius responsible for multiple franchises, including Lumines.

Normally these type of “behind the scenes” videos are just chest-puffing, but this one is actually pretty sincere, walking us through how Mizuguchi came up with the concept in 2001, and what led to Rez Infinite this year.

As a reminder, Infinite can be played without PlayStation VR — I hope it sells better than Child of Eden.
