A new update has gone live Activision’s military epic Call of Duty: WWII. The patch, that went live overnight has brought two modes to the game’s online vs, that were previously time-limited events.

First up is Gun Game, which sees all players in a race to get a kill with a selection of different weaponry, starting out with a pistol, and then progressing through the game’s arsenal. Even quirkier is the second mode to return, Prop Hunt, where players on one team are disguised as background assets, such as ammo crates, bushes and sandbags, and the other team must seek them out.

Both Gun Game and Prop Hunt  will remain in the game’s online playlist going forward. For those who prefer older entries, Call of Duty: Black Ops III also saw some new content this week.

Call of Duty: WWII is available now on PS4, PC and Xbox One.
