Last Fallout 4 trait video explains why Luck is so critical

Well, it’s actually for the criticals

Good fortune is a godsend in The Wasteland. It can mean the difference between finding treasure or finding trash. More importantly, lady luck smiling upon you might mean the difference between life and death.

The last of Fallout 4‘s trait videos deals with the nebulous concept of Luck. Unlike the other traits under the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. umbrella, Luck doesn’t direct affect any skills. Instead, it increases all skills and your chance of landing a critical hit. The survivalist who keeps his Luck low might as well walk around with a posse of 13 pitch-black cats.

This concludes Bethesda’s series of Vault Boy Fallout 4 videos. Fitting, as it seems as if our luck has run out.
